What information we collect
The only personal information we collect on this site comes from the Request a Free Quote form. When you submit that form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The type of project you are describing
- A description of the work you have in mind, in your own words
We do not collect this information if you only browse the site without submitting the form.
02 — Purpose
Why we collect it
We use your submission for one reason: to follow up with you about your tile, marble, or stone project and provide an estimate. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your knowledge.
03 — Access
Who sees your information
When you submit the form, the business owner at New Tile Design receives an email notification with your submission and can view it in a private dashboard. That is the intended audience for your message.
Opti-Algo is the web agency that built and maintains this site. Opti-Algo operates the technical infrastructure — the website, the database, and the email delivery — and has access only for maintenance and support purposes.
Your information is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any other person or organization. We do not send your data to advertising platforms, marketing services, or data brokers.
04 — Storage
How it is stored and protected
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database — Cloudflare's edge-hosted relational database infrastructure, located in the United States. The website itself is also hosted on Cloudflare's network.
Cloudflare applies industry-standard security controls to data stored on its platform. Access to the database is restricted to the website application and authorized administrators.
We retain your submission only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. If you would like your information removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
05 — Tracking
Cookies and site analytics
This site uses two limited tracking mechanisms. Neither is used for advertising.
Cloudflare Turnstile. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot and spam prevention tool. Turnstile may set a short-lived token in your browser to verify that you are a real person filling out the form. We receive only a pass or fail result — no personal data. Internal analytics. We run a lightweight analytics tool that counts page visits and button clicks so we can understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregate and anonymous — it is not linked to your name, phone number, email, or any other identifying information. It is not shared with any external analytics or advertising service.
Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google's font delivery network (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log your IP address and browser type as part of serving those font files. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, or any third-party advertising trackers.

New Tile Design does not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to any third party, under any circumstances.
